I connected with Warmer Water because the owner, Josh, is my neighbor.
While on vacation for 10 days, I forgot to turn off the water. When I returned, my shower was cold. Upon inspecting the crawl space, I found it flooded with six inches of water due to a burst water heater. It was 9:30 PM when I discovered the issue.
Josh from Warmer Water assured me that the piping was fine. He provided a submersible pump to drain the water and returned the next morning to install a new water heater. He also took the time to teach me what he was doing during the installation.

Four years ago, we remodeled our master bath, and since then, the water pressure seemed to fall significantly. We couldn’t take a shower when the washing machines were running, and the water wasn’t getting hot, which was very frustrating, especially considering it was a million-dollar house.

Once we moved into the new house, we used him for the water heater. He also came to check on some sinks. The results were fantastic. First, we noticed instantly warmer water. Second, our kids can now take back-to-back showers or shower at the same time without running out of hot water. Third, the tankless water heater has been a great addition to our home. Fourth, overall, the solution has made our daily routines much more convenient.
